Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND TO THE SOURCE IS NOT POSSIBLE AGAINST ANY ORDER. 

Customers can RETURN the items within 7 days from the date of delivery by placing a request here.

We will arrange a reverse pickup for all eligible items. A reverse fee of ₹100 per product is applicable to cover logistics and handling costs.

Once we receive the return, you will get a REFUND to the store credits (never expire), which can be used for an exchange or your next purchase with us.

Partially paid amount for CASH ON DELIVERY is NON-refundable to cover logistics and handling costs.

ALL MYSTERY ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for mystery items unless they're incorrect or damaged.

PLEASE NOTE: After 7 days of your delivery, you cannot raise a return request with us.
